A Bit About Myself

My name is Justine and I’ve been certified as Yoga Instructor in 2017 (Rainbow Yoga teacher) and practicing since 2005. Recently also certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga as well as Baby & Mommy Yoga and Baby massage.
The foundation of my practice combines the physical with the inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I’m able to promote awareness of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing. Also being passionate about the health and wellbeing of the nation’s youth. I devote my time, energy and resources to educating children in the areas of wellness. I hope to help facilitate the changes in policy needed to foster a healthy youth population. I use my extensive understanding of the human body and psyche to teach and cultivate an awareness of one’s own practice and life process.
